Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ORION IT GHANA (“we”, “us”), which operates ThesisCraft GH. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

  1. 1. The service

    ThesisCraft GH helps you write and format a thesis: a writing workspace, AI writing assistance, citations, a research library, structure and originality checks, and a Word file formatted for your institution. ThesisCraft GH is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university or college.

  2. 2. Your account

    You must give accurate details, keep your password private and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us through the contact form if you think someone else has accessed it.

  3. 3. Academic integrity

    You are responsible for following your institution's rules on originality, citation and the use of AI. ThesisCraft GH assists your writing; it does not write your thesis for you, and you must review everything you submit.

    • AI suggestions can be wrong. Check facts, quotations and references against the original sources.
    • The originality check compares your text with the sources it can reach. It does not replace your institution's official check, and a low score does not guarantee your work will pass it.
    • Institution templates are starting points. Confirm margins, spacing and required sections against your current handbook.

  4. 4. Free plan and passes

    The free plan includes the writing workspace with daily limits. A pass unlocks the formatted Word export and larger limits for 30 days from payment: the Student pass costs GHS 39 and the Faculty pass GHS 79. Current limits are shown on the pricing page.

    Passes are paid in advance through Paystack with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or card, and never renew automatically. Buying another pass adds 30 days. Upgrading from Student to Faculty starts the Faculty pass at once, and your unused Student days continue after it. Prices are in Ghana cedis and may change, but a change never affects a pass you have already bought.

  5. 5. Refunds

    If you were charged but could not use your pass because of a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you or extend your pass. If you were charged twice for the same pass, we will refund the duplicate. Otherwise, passes are not refundable once you have used the Word export.

  6. 6. Your content

    You own your writing and the files you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending text to our AI and search providers when you use those features. Only upload files you have the right to use.

  7. 7. Acceptable use

    • Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security or limits, or use it to harm others.
    • Do not use it to produce work for others to submit as their own.
    • Do not resell access or share your account.

  8. 8. Availability and changes

    We work to keep ThesisCraft GH available and your work safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted. Keep your own backups using the Export Center. We may improve or change features; if we remove a feature you have paid for during an active pass, we will offer a fair refund for the unused days.

  9. 9. Ending your account

    You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we do so without a serious reason, we will refund any unused days on an active pass.

  10. 10. Liability

    To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lower grade, or for content you submit. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law.

  11. 11. Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.

  12. 12. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, give notice on this site before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
